Timothy J. Westin, President/CEO Mr. Westin graduated from Wittenberg University in Ohio in 1981. In 1985, he moved to the San Francisco area and opened up one of the first Cellular One dealerships in Northern California. Under Mr. Westin's direction, Cellular One sales at his location experienced tremendous growth as the largest producing dealership for Cellular One for over a decade. Mr. Westin served as President of the California Dealers Association in 1988. In 1997 he co-founded Northstar Wireless, a leading Master Agent for Nextel, T-Mobile, Boost, TelePacific and XO Communications. Mr. Westin is an avid golfer and has recently engaged in the exciting challenge of Polo. He is a member of the Silicon Valley Polo Club where you will find him on most summer weekends! Mr. Westin resides in Portola Valley, a rural community thirty miles south of San Francisco. William Duvall, Vice President/Treasurer Mr. Duvall Co-founded and is a partner at Northstar. He graduated in 1980 from the San Francisco Heart Institute as a Cardiac Perfusionist. Mr. Duvall was instrumental in the development of a device which recycles blood in the operating room called autotransfusion. This device is used in hospitals throughout the world. In 1981 he founded and served as President of Norcal Surgical Blood Associates, Inc. He trained and managed a large staff of technicians which provided surgical services to hospitals in both California and Idaho. Mr. Duvall sold Norcal Surgical in June of 1996 and then partnered with Mr. Westin in 1997 to found Northstar. Mr. Duvall brings his extensive business acumen to ProStar in both the development and financial arenas.
Mark Westin, Executive Vice President, Sales Mark Westin graduated from Wittenberg University in Ohio and went on to a successful 15 year career in Sales, Management, and Marketing with Equifax Services. He was promoted and transferred six times to locations in Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, and Georgia with Equifax. After owning his own retail business in Ohio for 10 years, he came to California in 2001 to launch the Sprint Nextel San Diego market for ProStar. In 2003, Mark accepted a promotion to head up the T-Mobile division of the company and ran it with much success until the division was sold in 2006. Now, leveraging industry knowledge and relationship skills along with tried-and-true business practices, Mark leads the ProStar team in support of our dealer partners. |
